Amber Cooper

Amber started her healthcare career in Long-Term Care pharmacy, later moving to Specialty pharmacy where she earned experience in pharmacy billing, prior authorizations, 340B, and patient financial assistance. She has acquired her National Certification for Pharmacy Technician through the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board and received her Associate of Applied Science degree in pharmacy from Mountwest Community and Technical College in 2014. She has developed 10 years of pharmacy experience with the last 5 years primarily focused on Specialty Pharmacy. She enjoys utilizing her expertise and knowledge to provide assistance to patients in need of financial advocacy, helping to provide a more attainable and affordable path to patients with high out of pocket costs. Amber states, “It’s truly rewarding to me to help patients with life-altering conditions find resources available to assist in lowering their overall medical and drug costs and in turn helping these patients live a better quality of life.”
