Alyssa joined the Qualify Health team in October 2022 as a Prior Authorization and Financial Advocacy Specialist. Alyssa began her career as at an Ohio-based Hematology and /or Oncology practice, where she developed expertise in all aspects of the Prior Authorization and Medical Billing process. During this time, she also played a key role in the practice’s advocacy services where she sourced funds for patient co-pay assistance. Alyssa truly enjoys the feeling of having such a positive contribution to patient care; whether it is by ensuring they receive their treatments on time via her prior authorization expertise or finding ways to help them pay for their treatments. When Alyssa isn’t working, she is busy spending time with her growing family, 4 cats, and a nameless fish.
