Monique’s background in healthcare has spanned almost 20-years. It began in finance, where she was an engaged in institutional-based equity analysis with a healthcare focus at Wellington Management in Boston, MA and Wasatch Advisors in Salt Lake City, UT. In this role she was analyzed healthcare service providers, pharmaceutical companies and hospitals from an investment perspective. She also worked at Goldman Sachs within their investment banking healthcare team. Immediately prior to joining the Paquin Healthcare, Monique worked as a general manager focused on mergers and acquisitions, strategy and new business development at UGL Limited, a publicly listed Australian corporation with more than $4 billion in annual sales.
Monique is an Australian native and studied as an undergraduate at Bond University (Australia), where she received a Bachelors of Commerce degree in Information Systems. She holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and has also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
Al has more than 20 years’ experience in sales, business development and leadership positions with nationally prominent organizations. He has worked extensively with hospitals and healthcare systems across the nation to determine the best retail healthcare solutions for their networks. Over the past several years with Paquin, he has advised hundreds of clients in selecting market-specific retail healthcare services.
Previously, Al served as Vice President and General Manager at food service leader Aramark for six years, responsible for operations and sales. From 1993 until 2004, he served as Vice President and General Manager of the Chicago office of Domestic Uniform Rental, the largest family-owned and operated independent uniform supplier and commercial launderer in its industry with service locations in 13 states.

In his industry disruptive book, The Retail Healthcare Revolution, Tony contended that U.S. healthcare institutions must embrace fresh, new business models that incorporate retail products and services — particularly in light of increasing financial pressures caused by sweeping national healthcare reform — if they are survive and prosper. Thus, in 2005, Tony and his brother Gary founded Paquin Healthcare to inspire and educate the U.S. healthcare industry on precisely how to benefit from new, innovative and profitable possibilities for engaging patients through enterprising retail strategies and technologies.
Gary has more than 20 years in healthcare and advanced technologies beginning with an eight year career at IBM. He is the co-founder of Paquin Healthcare and has consulted hundreds of hospital executives in the specific area of Retail Healthcare since 2005. Gary hosts a national webinar series, now in its fifth year, that covers a wide range of Retail Healthcare topics and has presented to more than 4,000 healthcare executives as part of these webinar sessions. Gary attended both Michigan State University and the University of Michigan, where he studied Philosophy, Mathematics and took graduate courses in Healthcare.He has been also been public board trained at Stanford Law School and Harvard Business School.
